- Inside oven, refrigerator and microwave, unless added as extras
- Windows, unless added as an extra
- Permanent stains, damage or etched surfaces
- Mould remediation
- Moving heavy furniture
- Price = area × 3.99 ₾ per m² of floor area.
- Bedroom and bathroom counts describe the job and do not add to the price. Routine bathroom cleaning is included.
