- Windows, unless added as an extra
- Repairs, repainting or removing marks from walls beyond wiping
- Rubbish and furniture removal
- Any promise about a deposit being returned
- Price = area × 3.99 ₾ per m² of floor area.
- Bedroom and bathroom counts describe the job and do not add to the price. Routine bathroom cleaning is included.
- Already included at no extra charge: Oven interior, Refrigerator interior, Kitchen cabinet interiors.
- This is a provisional rate and will be confirmed before cleaning.

Optional extras
Add a microwave, full hood clean, sofas, carpet or windows by glass area. Oven, refrigerator and kitchen cabinets are already included.
Preparation
Before we arrive
- Remove belongings and rubbish before we arrive
- Defrost the refrigerator, switch it off and leave the door open
- Make sure water and electricity are on
- Tell us how keys will be handed over
