What's not included
- Sensitive equipment, server rooms and confidential paperwork
- Windows, unless added as an extra
- Clinical or hazardous waste
- Consumables such as paper and soap
- Large commercial contracts (request a quote)
- Price = area × 2.85 ₾ per m² of floor area.
- Bedroom and bathroom counts describe the job and do not add to the price. Routine bathroom cleaning is included.
- This is a provisional rate and will be confirmed before cleaning.
- Estimated price — final scope and price confirmed before cleaning.

Add a shared refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette cabinets, sofas, carpet or windows by glass area. Large contracts need a quote.
