What's included

What's not included
- Removal of debris, rubble or renovation waste
- Hazardous dust such as asbestos or lead
- Glass cleaning, unless added as an extra
- Thick paint, cement or sealant
- Work at height needing access equipment
- Any promise that all residue can be removed
- Price = area × 5.70 ₾ per m² of floor area.
- Bedroom and bathroom counts describe the job and do not add to the price. Routine bathroom cleaning is included.
- Already included at no extra charge: Kitchen cabinet interiors.
