How is the price calculated?
It depends on the service: by area, by cleaner-hour, by area of glass or per item. Bedroom and bathroom counts help us plan and don't add to an area price. Your estimate lists every line, and we confirm the final price before cleaning.
Are cleaning products and equipment provided?
Tell us in your request whether you would like us to bring them. We confirm the arrangement, and any fee, before cleaning.
How long will cleaning take?
Our time estimate shows the expected visit length and total labour hours separately. Both are estimates, and we agree the timing with you before the visit.
Do I need to be present?
Add access details to your request and we will agree the arrangement when we confirm the visit. Please don't write alarm or key-safe codes in online notes.
How is window cleaning priced?
By the square metres of glass you enter and the cleaning type you choose. Tell us whether you need one side or both, and we confirm how sides are counted before cleaning.
Which areas do you serve?

How can I change or cancel a booking?

Is my chosen date guaranteed?
No. Your date and time window are preferences until we confirm them with you.
Do I pay when I send a request?
